Studio Manager Position

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, class scheduling, and client appointments
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotions, and studio events
• Support merchandising, pricing strategies, and revenue-generating activities
• Supervise staff schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Previous management, assistant manager, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in customer service, retail, fitness, or service-based environments
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies is a plus
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
