During a doctor’s appointment, my primary care physician recommended that I consider taking a Pilates class. I began looking for a Pilates studio in Calvert County, but my search came up empty. I then focused my attention on Annapolis, where I came across Excel Pilates and contacted the studio for a brief tour. My first session was such a positive experience that I couldn’t wait for the next one. To date, I’ve completed 10 sessions, the first milestone from Joe Pilates’ famous quote.
