It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we extend our Excel Pilates brand and Excel Pilates Teacher Training Program to a third studio location in the hands of Alexandra Adams, expanding on our fifteen year dedication of preserving the highest quality of traditional Pilates.
Alexandra is a 2004 graduate of Excel Pilates’ Teacher Training Program. She was on the teaching staff of Excel Pilates DC and Excel Pilates Annapolis for many years before opening her Pilates studio, The Pilates Center at the Madiera School, in Northern Virginia. This Spring Alexandra has relocated her studio to McLean, Virginia and is re-established as Excel Pilates Northern Virginia.
