What Pilates exercise do you enjoy the most? And why?
It’s hard for me to choose, but here are a few favorites.
On the mat, I love the saw. It’s a great opportunity to work on spinal rotation and breath.
On the reformer I love long back stretch. This is a high level advanced exercise that I was quite certain I would die from the first time I tried it. It took a while for me to be able to properly do this exercise, which is likely part of why I now like it so much.
On the cadillac, I love push through front. This exercise really shows off integrated strength of the arms into the core.
And on the wunda chair, I love the gravity defying exercise, the pull up.
